I've been trying to get on teen chat for a while now. I've restarted my desktop, clear my browsers cookies, and waited. it keeps saying:Bandwidth Limit ExceededThe server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.
Apache/2.2.22 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.22 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.17 mod_antiloris/0.4 Server at www.321teenchat.com Port 80

And, I'm not sure what to do.

321 Lively had the same problem the other day. It didn't take long to fix, just give it time. :)

Yes, as Hayden said.
321 are currently getting updates on most of their sites, the chat will soon be back to normal and the chat will be running like always.
