    PM issue worse today; I can send but not able to read even a mod pm; this is so sad that they cannot fix this issue. losing friends who are leaving site

    Give them the time to figure out where and what the issue is. I know its difficult, and I appreciate knowing what is working and what isn't, but know that it is being worked on and just sad that it needs to take so much time.

    Jem, it's me again, suziq. I just got banned again for trying to send my email address to a friend. I tried filling out the appeal form again and it won't post. I can't believe how difficult this site is to navigate. Will I ever get back on or should I just quit trying?

    u need to stop sending links and the like period...lol

    might i suggest taking a screenshot of the link u want to send and post that instead? it wont trigger the censors

    Susiq, it isnt allowed to send personal info including email. Its for your protection.
    When you make an appeal in the proper place, you need to 'click POST or you are not adding anything.
    Just line in here, it says Post comment. Until I do that, you won't have this message. You also need to fill out the appeal questions on the appeal before you POST

    I was banned a few minutes ago for sending a site link to a friend. The robot called it spam and banned me. I'm 81 y/o and can't figure out how to get unbanned. I have followed all the instructions I can find on this site and now have found you. I sincerely hope you can help me. It's the only contact I have with the friends I have made here.

    nope....sharing links to other chat sites is supposedly a permanent ban...its considered advertising/promoting other sites

    You can but many links do trigger the system to ban.

    to be unbanned (if the reason is something that can be unbanned) you make your appeal here on the message board where it says "Appeal bans/mutes/kicks/blocks.

    Sending links of any kind is likely to cause a kick, ban, mute or block depending on the link.
    your kick/ban/mute appears to be gone
