    Did you follow the instuctions I gave you? did you request a new password at the login space where it says I forgot my password? are you making a password per the instructions?

    If you can give me what happens when you follow these instructions, then maybe we can figure out what it is that does not work for you. It should be a simple thing to create a new password if you can't remember the one you had.

    I got information from chatmaster that will hopefully help you. I cannot see what you are doing.
    "You get a new password to use and login. You are then expected to change your password by first entering the password you receive *ONCE* and your new password *TWICE* -be sure to spell exact both times.
