Has to keep re-registering

A user tells me that he has to keep re-registering every time he logs in and the user names he gives do not appear in a search
len0101, ed1313 and today he is using len2024
i can't work out what has happened and he says he is having trouble registering on the forum also
so i thought i'd be helpful

Thanks for helping! It sounds like a login or registration glitch. Have them clear their browser cache or try a different device/browser. If the issue persists, it might be worth checking if their account has any restrictions. Hope that helps!

Chatmaster, this person was claiming this issue quite a while ago - I tried everything to help him and I dropped a line to you regarding this. I think he isn't following instructions with which we try over and over again. I can look up the past info I gave him as well as the info I sent you if need be. I think it will continue to be a problem until he learns how to use his phone/computer
