Issue joining rooms

I made an account after I lost my old one and forgot the log in to that one after a year of no use. My new account name is BerryBlue862, and I dont know if I missed a step in the log in process, but I am unable to access any rooms. The issue is that I created this account yesterday and it said I was banned, even though Ive never used this Email becauze I created it yesterday, and it gave me no reason for the ban. Is there any way that it can be fixed?

If you were banned, you need to file an appeal. Staff won’t handle things regarding bans outside of the appeal section.
