Is humankind better off with or without social class?

we had social studies in school but i never really understood the word -'social'.Could you elaborate on what you mean when you use the term-'social class'.
Lmfao There's a place called the internet. Instead of asking some degenerate creep for answers you can look up 'social class' and get the exact definition in less than 2 seconds.

@Spencer Doesn't Bingo have a degree in cybersecurity? I need his help with something. Do you still have any contacts?
Yeah, Bingo went to Stanford. I don't have any contacts, though. Edith told me he was caught with hc about a year ago. He's long gone. I don't think any of us will ever hear of him ever again.

Seriously? Bingo was too smart to do that shit. Edith was full of it.

In a perfect world we’d like to see everybody as equal but money will always make that not possible. The rich expect different luxuries and a quality of healthcare. Poor people will never get the same cause most things are fueled by greed

Yea I think the discussion gets misconstrued by thinking equality just showing up. You have to work hard to get what you want in life.

I look at it as a healthcare mind set as I work in healthcare. In a life saving moment you are given equal care but if it’s chronic or like cancer the rich have a far better prognosis.

I believe healthcare should be an equal playing field.

@Laban Healthcare can't be an equal playing field. Certain medical treatments are costly due to the research, equipment and medications required. This is where medical insurance may be beneficial.

I’m fully aware of costs of healthcare, access to healthcare, and how insurance operates. Insurance is only the tip of the iceberg.

Even with health insurance many people go bankrupt trying to get treatments others in a social class are able to obtain more easily. Or may not be even obtainable to lower class.

I’m a firm believer in universal healthcare and speaking solely for the USA, insurance companies will never allow it.

You also have the issue of access to care which relates to social and economic class. I know a guys dad who has brain cancer. He was able to cause of his social class take time off work and go to Mayo and get top notch care which has bought him more time. If that happened to many others it would be a for sure death sentence. Travel costs, out of work, copay’s, deductibles, and associated other costs would not be realistic.

Many low income and insured people have no access to preventative care.

The ederly are trying to supplement additional health plans because Medicare does not take care of “everything”

We need to do better as people and take care of the global health and not worry about such a costs which I assure you the system grossly inflated to make more money.

@Laban Both an extensive tax increase and a decline in medical quality will result from universal healthcare. I still support the idea that both the lower and middle classes should have the option of free healthcare.

Those who are prepared to spend more for quality will receive better treatment than those who only want to pay the bare minimum. It's more about equity than equality.
