help? being harassed by someone who just created a new account every time I block or report

It’s been going on for months and they taunt me saying the same things like “I’ll never stop” and “I’m back again”, etc. I know it’s them.

well u keep complaining like u got proof....and reporting sounds like u got proof...instead u come here and just whine about it....if uve been reporting it then mods are involved...maybe get an admin involved as they can pull up the logs of the reports
