So a very close friend of mine was kicked from chat after she (15) reported what some boy (14) said to her. The mod then kicked HER for a week and basically said it was on her for “continuing the conversation” to the point that the boy said that to her. I thought it was bull so I texted him and the only other online mod so that I knew who I was reporting and didn’t just report a random staff member. Off the bat he was rude, disrespectful, and went to the lengths when I said I would report him to tell me to “cry about it.”

It looks like she has appealed her kick. We have staff that will look through it and hopefully either today or tomorrow we will have a decision made.

If you have a problem with any of the staff, you can bring it up with the admins and they will take care of things if necessary. In this instance you can contact Azura, the teen admin, on the forums or in the chat.

Frankly, there’s a lot wrong here, and none of it is on staff. If your friend believed her kick was unfair, she should have appealed it herself, not had someone else come after and chew out staff on her behalf.

Second, you don’t ‘bait’ people into saying something inappropriate. The second an inappropriate message is sent, you report it. Period.

Third, you and your friend cherry-picked screenshots, which makes the whole situation look intentionally misleading.

Lastly, if you have an issue with staff, you contact an admin directly. You don’t start public call-outs — that’s the fastest way to make sure nothing gets resolved and to escalate the situation even more.

not a great friend if he (a) doesn't respect ur wishes and (b) calls u "genuinely slow"....let alone (3) starts slagging mods as unprofessional and disrespectful all while being the same
