Can't Use Private Messaging Function

Hi there,

I'm a sporadic user, but there are a few people that I return to the site periodically to talk to. For the last four or five days when I open a Private Message box with anybody all I see is a spinning circle (like the screen is buffering) where messages in a PM box would usually be located. From there, I am able to send messages and it appears that people are able to read my message, but I can't see anything that they've written back. When I log out and then back in I can't even see the messages I've sent them, just a spinning buffer graphic.

I've tried opening a new account, I've tried different devices and different IP addresses/internet connections, I've tried clearing caches, etc., and nothing seems to work.

Is there a site admin who can help me with this? It's very frustrating.

We have not been able to replicate the issue.

If someone is 100% this is happening to their account and would give us access to the account, we can use that to work off of, assuming the issue happens when we login.

If you are talking about my not being able to read any pms on any of my 3 apple devices whether I use home wifi or internet outside of my home, I know I am not the only user with this issue; what can you do to help me? So frustrated. Until 2 days ago I was able to use my home wifi to send/read PMs then all of sudden all I see is revolving gray circle. I have all apple devices and just got brand new iPhone 17 hoping that would help. It has not. I did all your suggestions and nothing helps. Please help
