kids or not . crime is crime . thats my opinion .

This is a moot point since it looks like Ganja was shown the exit door from forums, but after I read this thread I started thinking about it a lot, probably because I worked for a Dept of Corrections at one time. I'm good with kids going to Juvey vs adult prisons. I think they have a better chance of rehabilitation in Juvey. HOWEVER.....I think some offenses need to be on their permanent, visible record. Talking things like sexual offenses (they need to have to register on the sex offender registry)and murder. Am saying that from experience after being around offenders and having a situation personally where I found out someone I knew had molested a small child when he was 17 and there was no record of it anywhere and he ended up hurting kids as an adult. Some things just need to travel with you throughout life. There is no excuse at any age for rape and murder.
