Pms still broken

On Christmas my pms broke. I’ve read the news feed and don’t come and try to tell me the same shit. It is rly not that hard to fix the pms and I believe it is the incompetence of those in charge who aren’t fixing them. That being said how do I get back into my pms of which I have over 24 unread now. I’ve tried the cache clearing and all the stuff on the new but nothing working. Please give suggestions

The person who developed the software being used doesn’t know as it can’t be replicated. If they don’t know and everything tested so far has failed, it means. We keep trying.
