For the record, we want questions about something you feel you can’t ask for whatever reason.


Q: What the ruby for?

A: It’ll be for special gifts, voice calls and video chat.



Q: We need more options when reporting people. ATM we're not able to report people who are using fake profile pictures. I think this should be a basic option on any chat site.

A: Can’t disagree. Perhaps suggestions.



Q: Who creates chatrooms, is it the people?

A: VIP users can make their own room



Q: Question about a particular user’s age.

A: Please give (much) more details. Or contact me if you can. Definitely no one being protected.

Of course, it would be great if there was video chat and about the people who use fake profiles with fake photos or these robots that other sites send, it would be good if the report was quite effective and fast since there are times when I have reported and these people still continue.
 
Quick question about profiles,

Like the ability to have an animated cover photo is there a possibility to have that added as a feature for profile images as well?

A: It could work. Users would have to enter their own profile link. Of course it could be open to abuse but we could have action taken for that.

Q: Free the emojis! Let us use them only some work it’s annoying!

A: If you mean from your own keyboard, it just causes more problems our end than it’s worth, unfortunately.



Q: 1. Please make galleries have the option to restrict to friends only so that the creepy people can’t see them. Teen rooms have a lot of fake members and I don’t want them taking my pics and using them elsewhere. I know I’m not alone thinking this. 2. Whisper messages don’t count towards your level sadly you can send a bunch and you don’t get experience.

A: 1. You can, on the forum gallery. 2. Unfortunately it won’t change.



Q: Can you please fix the broken Angel emoji? It's been broken for years. Lol

Q: Catfishing needs addressing. I am <removed> formerly known by the name <removed>. There are many problems in all chat-spaces around the net but a community that does not address catfishing and those who actively seek to create a network of catfishing/predatory behaviours and can't be reported without getting on the Admin/Mod/Bot staff's shitlist where the unwary, drunk and young gather in great numbers is dangerous to everyone. I don't believe in anonymity I will stand by my words.

A: We want to do more but it’s difficult to prove or take action on at times, for various reasons.



Q: Group chats?

A: Private rooms or via forum PM that allows 5 users. I think VIP forum user allows more (I’ll have to check)
 
Not that I’m in the chat anymore, but I always thought it would be a good idea for every time a user changed their profile picture or background image, a mod or admin would have to approve it. This would be benefical because:

1: No random illicit, inappropriate or downright pornographic images would be viewable by anyone on the site, especially younger users

2: It would identify immediately those who mean to cause harm, offence or to show off illicit, illegal or suggestive imagery, thus weeding out the bad actors who would use the site for reasons other than to chat or make connections

3: Modding could be done much quicker without reporting - you see a d*ck, boobs or otherwise, you can kick or ban that user immediately. Might help with the bots, too.
 
Q: Why do things have to get so bad sometimes before they are dealt with? There's someone in one of the rooms I frequent who is constantly trying to start something it seems. He/she gets a room ban for a day or two and then behaves for a couple of weeks and then it starts up again. Possibly is logged on under 2 profiles during those bans to get back into the room.

A: I guess we just give people as many chances as we can. It isn’t nice being banned from a chat site where you enjoy coming to as part of your daily life. But yes, at some time, it has to end if they’re constantly having action taken on them.



Q: My thought is that there is one particular mod that is useless and protects toxic people. She doesn't deserve the responsibility of being a mod because she refuses to do her duties properly.

A: You could have said more here. I can’t help with that information. You’re welcome to repot it to an admin.



Q: Sending this is 4 Parts I hit the max:
1- The Mods responsible/assigned to the room would have the ability kick VIPs more than an hour. Unless a blatant infraction of the rules. We all have ex. of time in the slammer, lol.

2- Can the appeal page be fixed? Currently once you get kicked or banned it does not work. Thank you.

3- Speaking only for the adult section. I understand we toe the boundary, that said, we are adults, unless it's a direct harassment member on member (sexual or not, 3rd party), religion, sexual orientation, etc etc. Some leeway would be appreciated.

4- Only VIP since a membership is needed: suggestion for more customization options, for a fee the VIP can submit an emoji and named for it (within a character limitation), it is not for lifetime though, 6mths can be one smaller fee/sub/donation and 12 months can be another.

A: 1: Mods can kick from 1 minute to 1 year.

2: I don’t know which page this refers to. I can’t recall seeing one broken.

3: All rooms should have plenty of leeway.

4: I don’t understand the VIP question or suggestion. Sorry!
