I was just wondering if anyone here knows how to make it so my apple device can be able to go back when in chat to see post and comments from the past. It only goes back a few hours but my windows device will go back about 4 days. Thanks if anyone can help or I will just use apple help. Thank you and have a nice day/night.:)

sometimes you have to refresh, I've used safari and it'll get "stuck"

thanks, Ornella said to do that too but it only goes back maybe an hour and the whole 321chat screen goes black.I have all kind of scroll settings that I do not understand. I'll probably just call apple help and the licensed technician will help me using screen share.
