back scroll not working

I would appreciate it that if anyone else has had this problem on their apple device that they can tell what to do in order to fix it. My apple device has the latest operating system offered by apple. Thank you.

We already suggested you try to refresh right before you want to scroll up to read old posts. Maybe try to hop on a computer to do that. It is likely a device issue as normally I don't have issues scrolling back up

Thank you for your kind reply.It might be that another member of chat that is also on the boards might have had this going on and found a way to solve it that I may also use.Have a nice day/night:)
