banned due to a lie

This is SuperbPoet and some of you may wonder why I got banned. I was banned due to a blatant and outrageous lie even if they pretend it isn't one. The huge lie is that I was advertising for another chat site for merely mentioning the chat name in a private message in response to a question when someone forgot the name of the site and asked me what it was. It was also an unnecessary lie because they you can ban anyone they desire to ban. They could just say that they intend to ban anyone who would dare type the name of a new start up chat site that they seem to have a beef with no matter what the context is for typing the name. They will just lie and say that you advertised that site. They even programmed 321 chat site to detect the name of the site in order in order to ban anyone who type it. Many nice people have been banned due to their lie about advertising that start up site, even when doing so in a private PM. Many good chatters have been banned by that lie merely for typing the the name of the site and likely for the petty reason of someone having a beef with the site owner.

The only lie I see is when you messaged me saying “because someone kept claiming I was someone else”, yet you’re now admitting that yourself in this message.

You should have submitted an appeal from the start instead of evading the ban and now throwing a tantrum filled with nonsense because you were caught evading your ban.

as someone who has been banned before for mentioning another chat site when the quiz was down for 2 months....they literally TELL YOU that mentioning other chat sites is NOT ALLOWED....accept it and move on....CM himself even said on a news post that he will consider any mentions of other sites as advertising for them....

you don't admit when you lie, and unlike you I did and I did appeal at first so you just told another lie
 
You’ve agreed to the terms/rules when you made your account. And you also agreed that staff have discretion to take action on you at any time (stated in the rules). Making this public has only escalated the situation. As Prinny has said, you should have just filed an appeal first and waited. Maybe instead of attacking staff for “lying,” you should take responsibility for breaking a clearly stated rule. Whether it was in a private message or public chat doesn’t change the fact that mentioning other sites is not allowed. Staff enforcement of that rule is not personal, and continuing to argue publicly is only making the situation worse.

The argument isn’t “who’s lying,” it’s “you broke a rule you already agreed to.” Period. Continuing to accuse staff of lying does not change that.

You are not allowed to mention another site name here, either in main or in PM. That has always been the rule.
 
i believe its bannable

but i think someone can get away with it since it's an answer..... i dunno about the laughing about it AS ur answering it tho...that kinda shows just how vile people can be

Well, I mean outside the question yes, but it's not bannable when it's the answer quiz bot gives. Its a technicality
