Banned for age faking?

Hi, its been almost a week now since I've been banned on the site for age faking, I had my age at 16 because I turn 16 in a week, didn't think it was a big deal, I can fix it. And earlier before the age ban I created another account due to the pm issues, which I believe are now fixed, however my account Randomhorsegirl is still banned, I've tried to contact support, it hasn't worked, I want to know if and when I can come back, I have some important people on their, and as far as the policy and rules go, I haven't broken any. Thanks

I’ll say this: ChatMaster has been very clear about age-faking and the zero-tolerance policy. Making this situation public isn’t going to help and could actually make things worse. The best course of action is to wait for a decision. Appeals aren’t always reviewed immediately.

is saying ur 16 instead of 15 when it's almost ur birthday really age faking tho????? i would think this age faking is more trying to sneak into teens or adult or senior rooms...15 vs 16 doesn't really help u get into a different room

Speaking from experience, and as someone mentioned before, posting your grievance on here might make things worse. Have some patience, you’ll hear back eventually.
