I have two suggestions to help improve the overall user experience.

1. Currently when using default emojis from your phone or PC, the message does not go through. To make it worst subsequent messages doesn't go through either.

For someone who uses emoji frequently it is a major detractor to not have those emojis available for use. The emojis you've enabled are limited and not the easiest to use when trying to type multiple emojis. There's no search function either for those emojis.

My suggestion: enable the default emojis that come with the phone instead of limiting it to the 321chat enabled emojis. It might even be a feature you can enable with the purchase of VIP.

2. Currently the only way to purchase VIP is through a credit card.

Many of us do not feel comfortable putting our credit card information on chat sites. There's a myriad of reasons for this.

Suggestion: Please enable purchase of VIP through the use of PayPal.
 
PayPal do not allow these payments.
Your card isn’t coming through us, it’s going through a very reputable merchant.
Debit and various gift cards also work.
 
Hello chat master! Appreciate the response. In regards to PayPal, it's unfortunate they don't allow these payments. Learned something new at least.

What is the reason for the inability to use phone emojis?

The messages not going through once the phone emoji is used, then having to refresh the site to be able to send messages again, this has been a source of constant frustration.

Sometimes allowing those emojis work can cause other issues.
We have an update this month and could perhaps revisit that.
