How’re people feeling with the holidays coming up?

I’m not necessarily complaining, but the old black dog is waiting at my door a fair bit these past few months.

Thankfully, I’ll be kept somewhat busy with gigs and music to learn, the holidays and subsequent New Year should hopefully pass by with little issue.

Did the year creep up on you too? I don’t know if it’s because I kept myself busy or what, but the weeks and months flew by for me, but at the same time, you’re right - the holidays don’t feel this close. Weird.

I feel like I blinked and it's here. And so much to still do. It's overwhelming...and recent news of world events are just really heartbreaking.

For me, hot cocoa, some holiday music, and only my Christmas tree lights on is nice therapy this time of year. Count your blessings for what you have.

Agreed, the world is baring its teeth these days, very unsettling.
