Hi! We are currently working on fixing this. Unfortunately sometimes things can’t be fixed overnight. In the meantime you can try; clearing cache, history and restarting your device.

Hi there It seems to be happening to a few people and the cause is not known at this point. However, I'm sure they are working on trying to fix whatever the issue may be!

Please take a look at the image I have attached. One other thing to do, on top of what @ChatMaster suggests, is to make sure your browser has been updated. Browsers that aren't running on the latest version can cause loads of problems! ♥

three different browsers on the same device? Not sure what device you use but I did see a handful of chatters who are experiencing the pm issue say that they are on older phones. Could an update be needed on this device?

Still not working on my phone; I can go on any other chat site other than 321 , log in on my phone , send pm to anyone without difficulty ;
