When I let go of all fear it is the best thing that can ever happen in my life.Fear seems to poison awareness. How can anyone be angry if there is nothing to be afraid of that can hurt them and make them angry?

It’s tough thing to do but you’re right!

everyone is afraid of something if they are a living being . no fear means no action . if a rabbit has no fear of being eaten by the wolf , the rabbit wont run . hence he dies . 'survival of the fittest' is based on the fear of being extinct .

There is a healthy kind of fear which (should) produce caution. Is why discipline can be effective sometimes and why the momma dog growls and snaps to get puppies to behave. As we mature, we realize our fears are not bigger than our God and come to understand most things we are afraid of we can choose to avoid (I would rather NOT be electrocuted....so i don't put keys in light sockets kinda thing). Angry people can be dangerous, so there should be a little valid fear there which brings about a healthy bit of caution. We don't go poke bullies in the nose just to prove we are strong or not afraid of them. That puts yourself in danger, and impacts others around you (and those around the bully too.) What we do is live our best life and let them wallow in their anger and bitterness.... praying that they embrace joy and discover peace.
