We know private messages are glitching for some users right now. Unfortunately, mods can’t fix or reset PMs — it’s an issue we cant control.

Please make sure to check ChatMaster’s post on the News Feed for what to do next.

Also, just a reminder: PMing staff when you can’t see our replies doesn’t help and only floods our inboxes, it’s not really useful to anyone as moderators cannot do much. It’s best to refresh, clear cookies & cache and restart your device. We promise we’re trying our best to keep up and support everyone during the glitch.
