We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.​

I met a former slave here in the US. She was brought over by some from Saudi Arabia and a hotel worker helped her escape. It's going to happen because some people are just evil. Sex slavery is definitely a problem here as elsewhere. The US has the ability to research and publish numbers. My guess is there are the same or higher rates in other countries who don't have the means to do the same studies.....but I've been wrong before.
