This year marks 40 years since I left school because of bullying.
Where we were and where we are today are 2 completely different places, but that is not saying there is more work to be done. Changes usually happen over generations and we often learn behaviours from our older peers. Most next generationers take over the reigns of bigotry, mysogony etc, but each generation there is a larger portion of next generationers that are seeing the problems and changing it, refusing to be like their parents and older peers.
This is how change happens.
In 20 years we will be in a better place because of YOU ;-)
