Private messages not loading (room chat works)

Hi, my room chat works normally but my private messages do not load at all. I can send PMs and other users can see them but I never receive or see incoming messages.
This happens on all browsers and devices. I’ve tried clearing cache, logging out/in, and restarting also resetting password but nothing helped.
Could my private message inbox be reset or checked?
