Chatter Van Helsing is reporting that since the latest software update to 321 he can no longer access his profile (via the usual icon in the top right) nor access emojis
He is using the same devices as before. i was unable to help and i was not sure who deals with tech issues, so i thought i'd post here

This may be a silly question but has he tried updating his browser? I know my Chrome browser updated recently.

i gotta admit- since the update i been facing lag issues too. same device same browser : (
