UK room riddled with trolling and spam from guests

I know that before the chat had an update, the UK room was filling up with spam by guests and I did post a request to lock guests, and now after the update, guests are once again allowed to post in that room and are taking advantage of it with spam and trolling registered users.

Before, the room was set so guests can enter the room but cannot post.
