PMs infinitely loading

I’m sure the admins and whatnot are aware of this but there is a bug where when I open any pm’s it is just infinitely loading and i cannot message anyone. Is there a fix? Or will this be resolved on its own

Mine hasnt worked at all now right at a week. I have cleared cache, cookies, everything. I have tried 3 different browsers. Nothing works and it is extremely annoying. I dont think they are doing anything about it. There is no way it should take technical support over 7 days to fix something.

Over 2 weeks now for me. Tried everything, clearing cache, cookies, temporary internet files, different browsers, mobile data rather than wifi. Still not working. What other chat sites take this long to rectify this problem? There were news updates for a while saying they were working on it, but they seem to have given up now.
