I’m sure the admins and whatnot are aware of this but there is a bug where when I open any pm’s it is just infinitely loading and i cannot message anyone. Is there a fix? Or will this be resolved on its own

Mine worked 3 different times Wednesday until 1030 Wed night; Worked Thursday morning; not working again !

Mine hasnt worked at all now right at a week. I have cleared cache, cookies, everything. I have tried 3 different browsers. Nothing works and it is extremely annoying. I dont think they are doing anything about it. There is no way it should take technical support over 7 days to fix something.

Over 2 weeks now for me. Tried everything, clearing cache, cookies, temporary internet files, different browsers, mobile data rather than wifi. Still not working. What other chat sites take this long to rectify this problem? There were news updates for a while saying they were working on it, but they seem to have given up now.

I have tried everything also with different browser, mobile data with no wifi, every device I own; Cleared all as chat master suggested. Nothing works; I now can send a pm but as soon as it is sent it disappears on my side with only a revolving gray circle; I have been told those who dont have issues receive my sent pm but when they reply I cannot read their reply..only see the gray circle.

Its going on week 3 for me. Cleared cache, tried different browsers. Tried laptop, 2 different phones and tablet. Nothing works. Will it ever get resolved? I barely chat anymore because of this.

Let one of the mods or admins have access to your account to see if they can replicate the issue.
